Miscellaneous Monsters

a few other critters not within the descriptive boundaries of the other pages, a motley crew of things-unto-themselves...

ogre
ogre figure, 46mm to top of head. My first proper attempt at sculpting in miniature scale. Which is why it needs a bit of seeing-to before I'll be happy with it.

ogre
werewolf, as is probably obvious - he's quite a biggun, a proper 'big bad' take on the idea, not least 'cause he needs to be larger in size than the wolf-people figures I'll be getting around to making at some point, so's he doesn't just look like one of them, running around with his kit off...

redcap goblin

redcap goblin, 21mm to top of head; second entry to the Frothers' Unseelie Suspects competition - currently in their hands, and possibly available soon;

set of old-skool troglodytes for Otherworld Miniatures - available now from the Otherworld site. See 'em in fairly-badly-painted mode (by me) in the gallery

also for Otherworld, a set of suitably ragged-looking rats - WIP and then a proper posh picture of 'em courtesy of the Otherworld Miniatures site:

- see 'em painted up in the gallery; meanwhile, a few more bits for Otherworld - some miniature giant frogs, if you can make sense of that - the pic is courtesy of their site again, much better photos than I'm likely to come up with:

- for a bit of a change, here's some more stuff for Otherworld; first of a second batch of Troglodytes, beginning here with a chief and a shaman:

meanwhile, an orc of no fixed abode:

...and now, some dodgy dogs: shown here, (with a handy Hasslefree Miniatures fig for scale) first attempts at miniature mutts - the first stab at it as you can see was well off-scale, but second and third atttempts brought things to a bit of a better result - if you're thinking they look a bit peculiar, it's because they're wearing police-dog armoured-vest-things:

- more bits for Otherworld - some giant lizards:

...and some big bad wolves - still WIP's, these...

some cute bits for Dragonblood Miniatures:

cute figures

- for Secret Skeleton Miniatures, some sahuagin:

last on the list from a to zed, a bunch of unseemly unpleasant undead.

...sorry about the rhyming - here's some zombies: done as entries to the recent Frothers Competition these buggers earned me three different placings (no firsts, but whaddya gonna do?). In no particular order, a couple of giant mutated zombies, and an 'ordinary' zombie gnawing on somebody's leg, like they do:
